Omaxe City, Jaipur is located on the Ajmer Expressway, about 7 km from Bhankrota. The location of the Omaxe City on Ajmer Expressway provides added advantage of easy and quick access to the main Jaipur city, railway station and the airport. On one side of Omaxe City we have Manipal University and on the other side Mahindra SEZ, which is fully functional. Omaxe City is a single project but for administrative purposes it has been divided into three parts, namely Phase-1, Phase-2 and Shubhangan.

Phase-1 has about 1000 villas and plots. New houses are coming up on the plots, on a regular basis. Phase-1 is well populated and lively. There is a beautiful temple in Phase-1 to meet the spiritual needs of the residents. It is a very lively temple and is well visited by the Omaxe residents as well as the residents of the nearby villages. Phase-1 has a shopping complex with about 180 shops. As and when these shops get occupied, it will become a very lively market. A vegetable haat is held once a week and is very useful for the residents. Land has already been earmarked in Omaxe City for a state-of-the-art-club, school and hospital.

Besides the existing villas, a residential complex named ‘Executive Homes’ has been constructed by Omaxe Ltd in Phase-1. Phase-1 also has high-rise residential complexes from other builders. These are named as ‘Rameshwaram’ and ‘Urbanite’

It is a very peaceful place well away from the nose of the main city.
